Halim Wijaya, S.E., S.H., CPA., BKP., Asean. CPA., Registered Public Accountant is an independent public accountant that provides professional services in assurance and non-assurance services.

The Company is established based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance of Republic of Indonesia Number 52/KM.1/2018 by Halim Wijaya as founder.

The Company is also served as tax consultant which being upgrade to level "C" based on Director General of Tax Decision number KEP-8424/IP.C/PJ/2022. The tax consultant level "C" certificate is the highest level of tax consultant which the individual is able handle Foreign Investment Company or Permanent Establishment which cover international tax case in addition to domestic investment company taxation or personal taxation.
